DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT TO 26K MILES?

OEM tires came on our Rav 4 Limited. We're two oldies, in our early 70's, who pretty much keep to local roads and short trips. These tires seemed to start off well when it comes to tread wear. At about 24K, they plummeted. Fall wet season will be here in a couple of months (Pacific Northwest) so we replaced them with Michelin Latitudes this week. As gently as we treat our vehicle and driving in general, we were shocked that this set of tires were incapable of traveling 30K miles or more.

Tires did not last as long as I expected. Tires came with new Toyota Rav and only lasted 18k (2 years) with regular tire rotation. I suspect the tires may be pushed to 20k miles but living in new england as a avid skiier I need to buy new tires before winter. Average comfort and traction, nothing special. Overall very disappointed and I will not be buying bridgestone again.

Came on my 2K10 Rav4 Limited-AWD when purchased new. Durability - not one flat tire so far. Never have needed a rebalance or alignment yet. Excellent tread life with ~20% remaining @69000 miles on them - Made in Japan. (When looking at new replacements - Dealer stated: "You have tread still on these!") Michigan Commute ~72 miles per day. Comfortable ride with very low noise on asphalt/concrete roads & highway. Winter traction in heavy/medium Snow - Good. Light Snow or wet - Great. Ice - OK. Will probably buy again - Expect to get the same result!!
