Product Details

The Bridgestone Dueler H/L 422 Ecopia all-season tires are designed for smaller to medium SUVs and crossovers. They offer a comfortable ride with good handling on highways and backroads, thanks to their NanoPro Tech rubber compound and continuous ribs that reduce heat buildup. Twin steel belts enhance durability, while circumferential grooves and sipes improve water drainage and grip for reliable traction in all conditions.

  • Fuel saver sidewall compound helps lower rolling resistance by returning more energy back to the tire and helps reduce heat generation as compared to a traditional sidewall

  • Continuous ribs provide traction and reduce heat build-up on tread while decreasing noise

  • Circumferential grooves help channel water out of the footprint area to improve resistance to hydroplaning

  • 105,000 km treadwear rating

  • Wheels sold separately

  • Ideal for everyday driving, balancing performance and comfort seamlessly

    Good Tires

This spring will be the 9th season on these tires with my Santa Fe, and I have winter set to exchange. They are about 65000km, and still have 6/32. Good on wet & dry.

2016 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD The Dueller 422 Ecopia tires were OEM from Toyota. Quiet and had great wet/dry traction. But after 41,000 miles they are nearing treadwear indicatiors and feel unsafe in wet conditions. I am a mechanic and personally rotated the Ecopias every 5,000 miles so they wore perfectly, but just will not be able to deliver anything close to 65K miles as advertised. This is my fourth Toyota (2-Avalons with Potenza, 1-Sienna Minivan with Bridgestones). I just bought the Bridgestone Dueller H/L Alenza Plus for the 2016 Highlander and hoping for better treadlife. Have 2,500 miles so far, and city miles are smooth and quiet. However, was disappointed on highway as they begin a "whirring" noise above 72-76 MPH but quiets somewhat at 80 MPH. Below 70 MPH, very quiet though. They are balanced perfectly (I checked) and virtually no wobble in steering wheel. Convinced this is definitely tread noise as the Alenzas definitely have heavier treads than the Ecopias. My wife doesn't mind the whirring noise, as she is primary driver, but to be honest, it bugs me as a mechanic. Looking for wet/dry performance and treadlife, so I guess I'll just suck it up an tolerate the highway speed "noise" as long as I get the performance that Bridgestone promises. Iwill keep you updated.

I have driven for 31 years and these tires are the worse tires in wet conditions I've ever driven on. Very little grip and a hydroplane feel very often. Even at slower speeds. Will be getting new tires ASAP. Other people with same vehicle have similar reviews on different sites. Tires came on vehicle from factory. Would not recommend at all.

I have a set of those tires and they perform very well ... low rolling resistance and quite..good traction in wet condition but after only 2 season of driving they are on 5 and 6 on 32nd... eventhough i did the tire rotation regularly and alignment as well ... not even 50k on them

    Yes, I recommend this product.
