ive used this adapter in my dodge caravan to play music and for maps.ive attached a doublesided male aux to my phone->AUXport because the audio wasnt working.apparenlty,this product has been only charging my phone when it can do all of the above and i set it up wrong.now i have this product in my grandprix which doesnt have an aux or bluetooth.
simple plug this into your lighter,charger into phone,male audio cable attached into phone.turn your cars audio to tuner,mine is set to 87.9 and play songs on your phone ,maps,calls or whatever and it will play on the radiostation.great product,little to no static.
only the gooseneck seems to fall over rarely .9/10

Q: Can I just plug in the charge cable to charge the phone while listening music from my my phone directly (not though the transmitter)? After I plug in the charger to the phone, the music stops, is it supposed to be that way? Do I have to use the transmitter? I want to listen music directly from the phone while charging.
