This low profile strobe light mounts easily on your windshield for increased visibility. Eight bright LEDs flash in nine different patterns - white and amber - to notify other drivers of your vehicle's presence on the road. A pivoting bracket attaches with four suction cups while the eight foot cord plugs into any 12V outlet. I've had mine for just over a year. I don't use it heavily, but ALL but 3 amber LEDs are burnt out. OVER PRICED JUNK.
