HOW TO SET UP A HOME GYM

Exercising from the comfort of your own home is a great way to save money and allows you to progress at your own pace. Here are some tips to help you set up a home gym as you start or continue your fitness journey.

Include Both Machines and Free Weights

Having both cardio and weights can add variety to your workouts. Consider a rack with dumbbell weights or an adjustable dumbbell if you have limited space. Weight benches are also essential for many exercises. Having an Olympic barbell and rack allows you to do squats, deadlifts, and bench presses from the comfort of your home. For cardio, consider an exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical to improve your aerobic fitness levels.

Create a Pilates and Yoga Studio
