Q: does this dry in 5 seconds will it work with water coming in my basement is pushing water from outside... will this stuff dry in 5 seconds as soon as i pour on a crack as the water is constantly coming in and cant stop it..

A: The Zinsser Watertite Polyurethane Sealant should be applied to dry concrete. It will become tack free after 72 hours.

A: While Zinsser WaterTite can be used on concrete floors, it has a flexible finish that could cause subsequent paint to crack over the repaired areas. For this reason, we recommend Stone Mason Concrete Crack Fillers – Product # 049-1417 or 049-1461.
