Best true winter tires we have ever owned.

I did extensive research on the best winter tires available when we bought our truck and moved from the rainy coast to wintery central B.C. Nokian Hakapolitas were the very best and these tires, Yokohama Geolander I/T GO72s, were in second place. We bought these, because the Nokians were not available. They're amazing. In fourteen years we've never been stuck, never run off the road, never had any trouble. Although they are not studdable I've never had studded tires anyways, so you don't miss what you've never had. Anyways, terrific tires. I don't even comparison shop anymore, because I want the best and am willing to pay for it. By the way, these tires DO fit my 98 Ford Ranger, even though Canadian Tire says they don't. I guess they just don't carry the exact size we need.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
