Worst smart TV

I bought this tv during a black friday sale 2-3 years ago. I'm definitely going to be replacing it soon because the apps rarely work. I'm constantly having to erase to factory settings and that doesn't even fix the problem most times. The remote works when it wants to, which is seldom.

Absolute GARBAGE

Bought this TV in February 2019...the remote never worked well, and now it only turns the tv off/on. So the problem is on the TV side... The thing is, you need the remote to use the TV as it’s the only way to navigate to apps! It’s a garbage TV and I’m out the entire cost of it because the warranty expired 7 months ago! Don’t buy this jun

Terrible tv

If you read the other reviews those are the same problems I have. Gonna save myself some time. Bought it today. Sounds like it's in a paper tube. Pictures terrible. Switching from apps to game. Big differences between sound and audio. Much better on the console but why'd I buy a smart tv then? Console comes out closer to proper but I think that's the extra settings on the Xbox. Also have to go deep into settings to tweek constantly to be able to go from Xbox to tv. (Eg motion stabilization needs to be changed every time) remote doesn't work, blah blah blah. I'll be returning it before work tomorrow.

poor conectivity

We've been using this tv for about 6 months now... I regret purchasing this tv without looking into it further. It has very poor connectivity to mobile devices, constantly disconnects from the internet (we've tried several different networks, each one says "connected, no internet"). Without internet, this tv is just a basic tv, and a relatively garbage one at that. Sound and colour quality are poor, and takes a lot of tweaking to get the screen colours more true to life. It has serious issues with greens for some reason, either amplifying them or muting them. Another issue is the bluetooth remote. It takes a while for the bluetooth to connect after pressing buttons, and even the power button, which is the only infrared connected button on this remote, takes several presses to work. We have had to unplug and factory reset this tv several times over 6 months... Not worth the money.

A: There were no browser preload on the TV. Google Chrome are not available on TV Google Play store either.

Q: My tv is frozen and I can not do anything my tv is not responding to remote. I have installed an IPTV program it load program and freeze cannot do anything. Can not find reset hole. Help me to factory reset

A: Hello, If the TV was working before the IPTV program was installed, try all of the following: - Unplug the TV from the wall - Unplug Channel service box - Remove the installed IPTV (to insure the program is not causing the TV to freeze) If the TV works – the issue may lie with the installed program.

Q: How to install prime video on this tv? I have called Westinghouse and they kept insisting that i cant add apps to the tv while i have google play store and already added lots of apps

A: Our ATV doesn’t support this APP when we developed this project. The APP requires Amazon license and approval. Hence, it can't be searched in the play store.
