Q: Is this product a low flow, energy saving device and does it have a shut off valve I am looking for a showerhead that provides reduced water usage.

A: The 63-0321 LCR-833 has a Water saver pause and maximum flow rate of 9.5L or 2.5 GPM (Gallons per minute) measured at 80psi. It is achieved with a flow regulator which has less restriction at lower pressures to keep the flow as close to 2.5 GPM as possible. All Waterpik showers have this feature.
