This is absolute garbage. Not worth buying. If I could give 0 stars I would. Yeah the picture quality is good but it doesn’t stay connected. You’ll be constantly trying to get it to connect and have to go into a sleeping babies room to try and get it to re-pair (but it won’t). They won’t even be able to do anything about it when you contact the vtech company. Buy anything else!

Please call our VTech Customer Support @ (800) 267-7377, or email them at customersupport@vtech.canada.com. They will assist with trouble shooting the monitor, and if they cannot resolve the issues, they can replace a defective monitor within 1 year of purchase date. VTech-CA
