It was USED - sold as new?

Out of the box, it was broken! Clearly, it had been sold to someone previously, it was repackaged and returned - once the box was opened, immediately it was apparent that it was a repackaged unit and it had been returned. NOT happy.

Leaks

We purchased this water cooler, had it a couple of months, and it started leaking out of the cold water dispenser. I called Vitapur about the issue. They replaced it with a new one free of charge. They were great to deal with. A few months later, the new one did the exact same thing. We will be replacing it with a different brand.

No, I do not recommend this product.
