Used on a tire that had a tube, those valve stems have flat spots on the sides. Any air valve that has a lever doesn't seal on it. If you use a compressor that screws on the end of the valve or a air chuck you push on the end your all set.

3 out of four did not work for my RV

Garbage, one out of four worked. The pin that extends through the body to transfer the actuation of the valve itself is too short. Might work on some valves, did not work on my RV so tried on my motorcycle for a test. Only one of them actually did what it should. and yes, I had them on very tight, trying to reduce the internal distance to get them to work. NOPE!! Picked up a set from a tire shop... All of them worked.

A: They won't work with TPMS but they will let air pass through to inflate a tire.

Q: I want to try these for my snowblower tire tubes. Is it just a screw on thing with no other steps? I am hoping that I could use these for my snowblower. The valves are too close to the rim to use my air chuck on them. Are these just a screw on thing? Should I also use thread tape with the installation?

A: Yes, these extensions simply screw onto the existing/original tire stem. You should be able to place the valve cap onto the extension. It shouldn’t need any thread tape, you can just screw them on.
