I have tried SP many firelogs and firestarters. Just tried the Vesta brick and fire starters over the past couple of day and they are great. Best fire starter.

Nice flame

Tried the Vesta fire bricks in my Recency wood stove. They burned hot with a nice flame. Using 5 bricks as instructed they burned with consistent flame for about 100 minutes on medium flue then started to lose flame intensity. Overall quite impressed. Good value for the price.

NOT FOR FIREPLACES!

Two bricks produced more smoke than any fake log or real log fire, so much that the fireplace couldnt not contained the heavy smoke spreading everywhere. Burns better than sawdust, if you dont mind burning wax smell, and dont use in a fireplace!
