Perfect for a single piece of fish

This cedar plank was easy to soak as it was smaller and could be soaked in almost any sink or cookie tray. One might be able to use a second time if not too burned. Be sure to first give the cooking side a quick burn to have the flavour come through. I let the fish poach on the panel and never turn it. The fish always comes out fantastic.
