These wood chips did work well, no problems with quality or flavour. BUT their use of suggestive marketing such as “Canadian company since 1986” and the “True North” name would make you think their products are also Canadian. However, in the case of their Apple wood bits, they are a product of the USA. Please look closely before purchasing if you were hoping to support Canadian manufacturing.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: These are used for cooking on a bbq or in a smoker. It is not for use in a garden as wood chips.

Q: Why are all the product titles eg True north Apple wood bits, showing a pic ture of a Maple bag. All the titles and pics are mixed up so I don't know what the reviews are for.??
