In most situations , a leaky faucet or lack of tightening of the drain could be caused by failed or missing gaskets, seals or other components. Purchase one 3 years ago. Less than a year old, it cracked around the drain outlet. Got it replaced under warranty. This one lasted year and half and it cracked in same placed.

Spend more up front

My plumber warned me that this unit wouldn’t hold up and I should have listened. I rarely use it, and in less than a year the faucet is shot and I need to buy a new one to replace it, plus pay my plumber again to install it. Very disappointed.
