    Terrible Purchase!

With less than 200km on the odometer, this bike fell apart beyond repair. Despite following the assembly instructions thoroughly, the belt suddenly fell off as the flywheel had broken in half after only light usage. The brand's website does not offer to register this item on their online warranty, so it's likely that this one will be out on the curb with the rest of this week's garbage. I will never buy from this brand again.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Belt slips off

It worked for 30 minutes. Then the belt slipped off. I opened it and saw one of the wheels inside the bike was damaged and the belt was slipping off even though I would put it back on. Tried to have the manufacturer exchange it but they never answered my email. At first they said they would reimburse it but when I sent them my info they never got back to me. I ended up throwing it away.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought for my husband for Father's Day. It was a big disappointment, we had nothing but trouble with it. A belt kept slipping off, no response from manufacturer to get a new part. Eventually junked. Not worth the money!

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this because it was cheap but I with that had spent a bit more and bought a better quality bike. This is fine but it is not that smooth and I fear that it won't last long.

Q: Approximate weight / Ease of Assembly? I like in an apartment by myself. I have to move it up several flights of stairs if I bought it. Also since I live alone, how hard is it to assemble by oneself.

    • A: 55 lbs. and it comes in a long narrow box which was easy to slid downstairs, I'm sure it could be slid upstairs with only a bit more effort. The manual confussed me a couple of times, but that could have just be me, :-) but I still had it assembled with in an hour with no parts missing.

Q: Max. Capacity? The max. capacity on the features shows at 220lbs. Since the capacities are given with a conservative number, will it be able to support an individual that is approx. 255lbs?

    • A: I think it will hold you, but you will probably void any warranties. I also think that the frame would probably bend over time
