I had a T-Fal iron for about 15 years before I needed to replace it. It was truly amazing. I’m a quilter and the iron gets used daily and on and off all day long. Very hot, lots of steam, auto shut off, no annoying alarms, so I knew I needed another T-Fal to replace it. This new iron does not compare. I’m very disappointed. Not very hot. Not very steamy. Continually leaking whether it’s upright or on its sole plate. Auto shut off is great though. I need to replace it and I’m definitely not buying this again.

A: Honestly don't recall... we have always used an ordinary (kitchen) measuring cup (500 - 1000ml) and have never had a problem filling the tank.
