Does not fit all kids Supercycle bikes

I purchased this for my child's "Supercycle Momentum 20" bike. I assumed it would fit as it has an adjustable drawstring. I will be returning it as it is not long enough to cover the seat, even with the drawstring at it's loosest. Posting this review for others who.might assume this universally fits all supercycle kids bikes.
