I wasn't so sure about plastic tire levers to get a 14" scooter tire off its rim, when so many bike shops said they wouldn't fix scooter flats. I put my scooter out in the sun to soften the tires and then used these tire levers. The nice thing is they don't scratch up your rims. And though it was really hard to get the 14" scooter tire off, these levers helped a great deal. I am betting with larger bike wheels they would work even better.
