Frustrating Installation

This thing is terrible! Installation was unnecessarily frustrating. The metal clamp that should squeeze and grip on to the bike frame is slick so it just turns and slides as you tighten it. I needed to hold on to it with pliers while holding on the bike and tightening the nut with a ratchet. It should have a cross-hatched design to bite into the frame instead of sliding off.
No, I do not recommend this product.
