Very Poorly Designed - Would Not Recommend!

Purchased a few weeks ago and I'm very disappointed with it. Back panel is warped and does not align with the lid. As a result with the first rain the box leaked and the contents (cushions) were soaked. Poorly designed and would not recommend. When I read the other reviews I suspected that others had not assembled the product properly. That was obviously not the case.

Very poor quality

Bought this on sale when it was 40% off and still over paid for the quality. It's made of very thin plastic that bends and deforms with the slightest pressure. I slightly over stuffed it with pillows and as soon as the sun warmed it up the bowed out. Be very careful when attaching the few screws it came with, you can strip the wall very easily. I'd return it if it wasn't such a pain and I've already thrown the box out.

Do not buy

Purchased this a month ago and wished I looked at reviews before doing so. Within three weeks the screws pulled apart from the cheap plastic and our cushions have been constantly wet. I reached out to Suncast as there is a “part replacement warranty” and they accused me of installing the deck box incorrectly and will not replace the box. Seeing the reviews this cheap plastic box has clearly fallen apart for more people as well. Terrible service and for the cost of the box I expected more. Will never recommend or purchase from this company again.

Pour ma part, je n'ai pas eu les mêmes problèmes que les autres commentaires. J'ai acheté en magasin et le produit était en très bonne condition. Jusqu'à maintenant il est étanche à la pluie et mes coussins demeure sec. Par contre, la qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix selon moi. Je suis satisfait du coffre dans l'ensemble.
