Shuts off randomly

I would not recommend this device. When its working it works as advertised but it will start to randomly shut off. I am not sure what is the problem but if you want constant power, this unit is not for you.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Doesn't appear to work with Tesla

I have tried to use with both the fron outlet and the rear outlet and the green light keeps flashing on and off and the inverter doesn't work at all. In my brother's Toyota Sienna works no problem. should have said in the description if it doesn't work with certain vehicle brands.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Questions

Q: We would like to use this with a C-Pap machine for hubby's sleep apnea machine when camping or during power outages. Is this strong enough? How do I find one that is?

  • A: It's definitely not powerful enough. Id say this thing in reality only delivers 100w, and it does it very poorly. If you need something reliable don't look to any inverters Cad tire has. Buy a "true sine 2000w/4000w" from another retailer and be done with it. I bought a 3000w cad tire one once and it couldn't even power a tv and PlayStation. Everything they sell is garbage.

Q: The green button goes off immediately after pressing on. How can I fully charge this product and use it to jump start a car battery. Note - If car battery is dead and the device is not charged then I cannot use the device attached to the car 12V outlet.

  • A: This unit is not for boosting or starting. It takes power from a fully charged 12 volt battery and provides.  AC 110 volts to small plug in devices like computer   laptops and other small devices as well as usb.

Q: Can I used it for camping to light up 2 fluorescent tube 100W each. Can I plug it in my van

1 Answer
  • A: This should be ok, however this will depend on the ballast and the current draw, however directly connected to a 12V battery this inverter will provide up to 500 Watts continuous. This should be enough to run both lights.
