Terrible product - don't waste your money on this!

Terrible product as I returned it. The strap took zero effort and ripped off cleanly and when I returned it to the Burlington store location on Appleby, I was told that I would be offered an exchange or store credit. I was very angry by your store's policy on offering this poorly manufactured product. The manager had the nerve to tell me that she's going to do it as a one time only - threatening me. If this is how your stores leadership is going to handle a faulty product sold in your store then goodbye for ever Canadian tire I'll take my business elsewhere.
