    Bottom puncture

Kcup basket blade on my machine will not puncture the bottom of newer Kcups. Now it crushes the bottom of the cup. I have to use a scissors to snip the opening where the blade is. Machines are still being sold new all over, but parts are not availible. Beware

Après 4 cafés, elle fait un bruit intense et l'eau ne coule plus que goutte à goutte. Je ne recommande vraiment pas l'achat de cette cafetière.

Stopped working after about a dozen cycles - howling and steaming ( the machine, not me..) but no water coming through. Turns out the spigot that punctures the pod top and admits the water was blocked by coffee grounds. Cleared it with a bit of wire and a vacuum, and is fine now. Solution: if you leave the coffee pod in place after the cycle is finished, it 'aspirates' the grounds back up into the spigot as it cools down, so take the pod out immediately after brewing, and no problems since. No issues using the ground coffee basket, as the spigot is above the level of the coffee grounds. Makes great coffee!

    Yes, I recommend this product.
