Over-priced

Everything is washable, but since this item is made of paper, it is useless as a filter cartridge after being washed. This item is vastly over-priced for what it does

Support your products better

Filters don’t have enough information on label to let you know what vacuum is compatible. You sell your own model but it took me three purchases to get the correct one. Same problem for a ceiling fan replacement light you don’t have parts for.
