metal grommet rip easy wont be covered by warranty

We had winds come through and most of the metal grommets that we used to strap the top and one end down ripped out of the cover. Was told that they wouldn't replace under warranty due to it being act of nature.

No, I do not recommend this product.

20 mph 25 mph gust

Destroyed in 20 minutes with 20 to 25 mph winds. Over half of the eyelets on the front, back and sides ripped out. The roof was in better shape only lost 3 eyelets.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Frame falls apart

The framework falls apart when you try to lift it up. There is no click and lock system on the frames. Poor design I had to purchase 3 25 foot ropes 1 for the top and 1 for each side to hold it together.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Worthless

The canopy is not suited to be used unless there is not a breath of air and it is a bright sunny day. We had purchased this canopy to protect my wife's car for a couple of months and the canopy couldn't withstand a ten mph breeze and 4 inches of snow. We are fortunate that the car was not damaged when it collapsed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

1 Answer
