Purchased after moving into a new home. I tend to use this once every few weeks to give the floors a good steam clean. It cleans the floors clean and fresh.

A: We would like to let you know that this unit comes with 1 rectangle head, 1 rectangular pad, and a filling flask. The pads can be washed in a washing machine. They should be air dried as putting them in the dryer as they can shrink.

A: Only water in the tank. If you feel you need any cleaner just put it on your mop pad. But sadly I’ve had three of these and they only last for a year I wouldn’t buy another one. I only used it once a week and it doesn’t work after a year.

A: The most important thing I found was to use distilled water in this steam mop and there is no film left on the floor and the mop will run maintenance free for meany years.
