a year agoA: Hi there. Yes, the head on the vacuum does swivel. It’s designed to provide better maneuverability across floors and carpets, making it easier to clean around furniture and tight spaces.

Q: What do the controls on the handle do?
a year agoA: The controls on the vacuum handle let you switch between carpet and hard floor modes, and adjust suction levels. Lower the suction if the vacuum is hard to push or pulls up rugs. For area rugs, make sure to use the Hard Floor setting.
