A: The EIM1F stereo wiring connector is not compatible with a 2005 Lexus IS/ 2005 Toyota Altezza. We do not offer a compatible adapter for this vehicle. A: For a complete installation, they need the following special order parts. They need to be special ordered through the parts desk at any Canadian Tire store. Dash Kit: Special Order - HY1618B (double din) or HY1600B (single din) Interface Harness: Special Order - HY03B
