Used once as fragile reviewer stated below I took my bike off the trainer and realized the quick release rod had broken in two. Will have to look into ordering a new one.

A little flimsy. The wheel support (where the tires makes contact) is plastic so it’s crooked and that contributes to increased friction because the tire is slipping a little all of the time. It does the job and a good beginner one if you’re not sure.

Make sure you don’t tighten too much on the axel or it will create too much resistance and feel unnatural.
