Works well as intended, it is not a solution to bad workmanship or fixing the impossible…..

Works good in dry weather. Any repairs with it will need to be checked on annually. As any tar/caulk/sealant that is applied on top of objects that expand and contract differently with heat and cold. Clean surfaces and dry conditions will certainly yield best results. But it goes on well and seems to stick to anything it contacts. Wear gloves, bring rags! It literally sticks to anything it touches, and it is supposed to be hard to remove so… you’ve been warned. A bit expensive for the quantity is why 4 stars , not 5.
