LeakSeal® Rubberized Wet Patch is a premium quality, heavily fibered, asphalt-based, roof cement blended with penetrating oils and plasticizing agents that can be applied directly to cold, hot, wet, dry or underwater surfaces. Rubberized Wet Patch can be used to repair and restore flashings and roofing defects such as blisters, cracks, and punctures. It can also be used to adhere new asphalt ply, and modified bitumen membrane flashings or seal vents, shingles, skylights, and chimneys. Rubberized Wet Patch resists sags and spreads very easily in cold conditions.

i just used it to repair a leak around a chimney. This product lays very thick and is very easy to work and push it inside the little cracks. i'm confident it won't leak again.

Canadian Tire Centrepoint no longer offers a pleasant shopping experience. 1) As you walk in the north entrance your bags are scrutinized 2) when walking through the store there are locked steel cages over many products (the nimber of locked cages are growing, then 3) if you find what you are looking for you then need to find a clerk who will locate a key to open the cage up and finally 4) the clerk escorts you to the cash while they carry the product This sets a new low for customer service. No one else in the mall is even close to this behavior. I hope head office look into this. Feels like we are criminals or at Fort Knox.
