It’s versatile

I love this stuff. I use to paint old planters with and sometimes paint over it. It’s helped preserve some ceramic type pots and is paintable. Also use it to seal the tops of my wood pergola. It’s tough as nails.

Followed all the instructions seemed to work in the summer in the mitre corner of eavestrough, as soon as winter hit, corner leaking like a sieve. Not worth the money.

Q: Can this product be used to waterproof the sill plates in my garage? Between concrete garage floor and wood sill plate.

A: The product is a sticky rubber that dries waterproof. It adheres to clean wood, concrete, metal etc. if the wood has oil or silicon or is rotten and flaky, you will have poor adhesion.
