I don't know why people are complaining about the consistency being too thick. Thick is good. You don't want to put this on your roof and have it start running down into your eavestroughs. Good product that works well.

Q: What can be used yo thin this stuff out? No way it could be brushed on its soo thick.

A: Hi Nagar, Our LeakSeal Clear Roof Patch is not to be thinned and should be used as is. Since the product is thick, you can apply using a brush, trowel or putty knife. It will cover approximately 15-23 m (50-75 feet) at 3 mm (⅛”) thickness at a width of 10-15 cm (4-6”). We hope this new information is helpful.

A: Hi Northern View, Pressure Treated wood needs to weather for at least a year. For this reason, we do not recommend our Clear Roof Patch on new, pressure treated wood.

Q: Would this work to seal the bottom of my stucco shed? The cement pad was not done correctly and water rolls in underneath, rotting out my sills. Would this work as a water barrier between the bottom edge walls and the the cement pad?
