Blades stopped working

I love Rowenta fans. They are all that I own in my home. the first one I bought worked for about a month then one day the blades stopped turning. The power was on and oscillation feature still worked but not the blades. Exchanged for another one. Sooo disappointed that the EXACT same thing happened with the replacement fan. I loved everything else about this fan. The remote, oscillation features, wind speed. It kept me cool in my hot bathroom. Alas, Rowenta....it seems this one has a serious technical flaw. :(

Got this at Canadian Tire during lockdown.
What's sad is it the fan seized & stop spinning months after.
Now I find out it's been discontinued.
360 is my feeling atm.
But even broken. I still love the design of the little powerful fan

How to clean this fan

I love this fan! The features are amazing. BUT, I was going crazy trying to figure out how to clean it.
Until now...
Lay it face down. There is a very small screw holding the front. (See pics)
Remove that screw. Then give the front a slight twist. All good.

Blades stopped

I bought this fan 6 days ago - I was SO happy with it BUT it has already stopped working...the fan blades have stopped rotating! I am extremely disappointed!

A: Thank you for your inquiry, yes you can take the front off and wipe down the blades as required. You wouldn't have to take apart the whole unit to do so. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this work with no timer set (run for as long as turned on), and does it work without oscilator (just facing straight ahead, static)? Thanks.

Q: Does this come apart for cleaning blades and grill????

A: Unfortunately, the grill is not removable on this unit, however it is easy to clean the unit using a duster wand, or with a vacuum with appropriate head, or compressed air can. Please ensure to unplug the unit prior to cleaning.
