Solid security

The Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus is a bit pricey and takes some effort to install, but it delivers where it counts. The motion sensitivity is next-level—super responsive—and the lights are bright enough to light up the whole yard. The build quality feels solid, and the camera resolution is sharp. If you’re looking for strong security features, this is a solid investment.

Easy to install with a bit of know how. Great video quality and picks up even slight movement. Seems to be working great in all weathers. Light is really bright, looks like daylight at night when on. Great added security!

Well made and easy to install

As an electrician I can testify that the ring cameras are easy to install. They can replace any previously installed light. The motion detection distance can be changed to suit your needs so it doesn’t pick up traffic. They integrate well with Alexa apps and have a clear picture day or night.

Reliable camera, but is it worth the ongoing fees?

We got this to replace an old light outside. So installing from Our electrician was easy. We have had it installed in the weather for approx 3 years and still holding up well, and still works pretty perfectly. Biggest downfall is the yearly subscription fee which is pretty high, and kind of annoying as the price of the equipment is higher.

A: Yes it will. You can add additional cameras at any time. You may need to upgrade from single camera to zone coverage within the app.
