This REZ Revitalize Advanced Wood and Concrete Resurfacer has been reformulated to provide an ultra-thick coating with advanced durability and increased protection of wood or concrete surfaces

Q: My concrete porch was previously painted with Rust-oleum Restore (water based) paint. Can this paint be painted on top of it without scraping the old paint away?

A: I did my wooden deck with rez revitalize paint without removing water based solid stain. Has not pealed so far.

A: Basically a water based paint used it for a few years now two types one I use for railings and gazebo the other is a non slip with silica particles to give you a non slip surface

A: Any surface with any mold or mildew should be thoroughly cleaned before putting any paint or resurfacing or stain on it.

Q: Can I dilute rez revitalize with water? I don’t want the cost to be too thick

A: I would say no because it is made thick for the grainy surface for non-slip surface.

A: Hello, no you shouldn't use a sprayer for this product as it contains microbeads & will clog up. thank you!

A: All tint bases are close to a clear colour. The medium tint base is used for darker colours.

Q: Can this product be used on a previously painted brick exterior chimney?

A: Hi Dave, It will depend on what type of paint is on the painted chimney; if it is an oil based paint, or a glossy paint, there is a good chance the Revitalize will not adhere and will just slide off. It really is best on porous, unpainted surfaces. Alternatively, you may want to look at our Premier Extra Exterior paint line depending on the look you are looking for.
