Q: Are the LEDs supposed to light up all the time when connected? Mine blinks if have turn signal on etc. but figured they would light up to indicate good connection.

A: The LED lights will only light when the light usage is activated. In other words, when you turn on running lights, and have a proper connection, the LED will light. Same scenario for LED’s tied to Right and Left turn signals.
