Okay starter rod

Rod is fully plastic and requires some modifications to make it useable but overall is a decent started rod. Does have a decently user friendly reel and allows for easy enough casting.

This rod has neither a foam handle nor a fiberglass tip. Everything is cheap plastic. Canadian tire needs to update the item details and photo to illustrate what this product actually is.

nice compact rod and reel

bought this unit this past winter when it was on sale. since i sometimes go ice fishing up north i appreciate the small compact size of this rod and reel, and it is built well... :)
