Hard to unlock!

The lock is SO hard to open after a few months of use. And you have to always make sure the "u" is pressed in before you attempt to push the lever with your thumb to unlock. Otherwise, it won't unlock. When you have to lock up tightly to something, it's even harder to unlock. I would not buy this bike again.

Lock look flimsy

I looked at this as we have a gate at my condo that stray people seem to think they can wander through and thought this was a sturdy item. Got it home and looked the parts around the combo and went on line and there are terrible reviews. So I returned it as I don't need more hassles as we have had 2 locks cut off so far.

Q: Whay does my bike lock not lock? I bought a very expensive ebike and set a combination the unlock just falls off This just does not work I will return it tomorrow if I still have an ebike Ii have to keep it inside. I bought a lock for a reason.

Q: I see this U or D bike lock is "steel". Is it "HARDENED" steel?!? And can you confirm the thickness of the U or D lock steel that would be cut to be stolen from so I can compare to recommendations to avoid bike theft. Thank you.
