customer service quality needs work

Product was what I expected but the customer service was very lacking. All items are locked behind glass doors now. I could not find one person to help me achieve my goal of getting the item I needed. I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to the courtesy desk to find help. Then, I had to walk all the way back to the display case (farthest point away from the front of the store). In a couple of minutes a group of teenage boys appeared from a back area and one finally came to assist me. It looked like he had just gotten out of bed - (he still had his cell phone in his hand). Several others in the store were also looking for assistance at that same time and were all discussed in the lack of customer support on the floor. If you are going to lock up everything, then make sure you have staff to assist the customers. (I went later that morning to one of the competitive hardware stores, and the customer service was night and day compared to the CTC service).
