This Rain Bird Drip Irrigation Tubing is used to run water from an outside faucet or other water source to the planting area. The kink-resistant polyethylene material helps provide dependable water flow plus unmatched resistance to chemicals, algae growth and UV damage. The flexible tubing is easy to unroll and stake in gardens, flower beds, ground cover or other landscaped areas. It's perfect for small, narrow and tight planting areas, as well as areas with tight curves or many switchbacks.

Made with 1/2" (1.2 cm) O.D. exterior grade polyethylene tubing
Great for positioning emitters and drip irrigation devices around plants
Industry-leading flexibility allows tighter turns with fewer elbows for fast, easy installation
Connect tubing sections and 1/2" (1.2 cm) drip tubing with Rain Bird 1/2" (1.2 cm) barbed or compression fittings
To place watering devices near plants, add 1/4 in. tubing runs by tapping into the side of this 1/2 in. tubing with 1/4 in. barbed couplings or drippers

Q: What is the spacing between holes?
2 years agoA: This is a supply line, does not include emitters. You want the brown hose that includes built in emitters which are spaced every 12".

Q: What is the maximum length you can water with rain bird drip hose connected to a 1/2 “ source.
2 years agoA: It depends on the output volume of your sprinklers. I have successfully set up a system over 120ft with 4 or 5 pop up non rotary sprinklers but that decreases significantly if I use bigger rotary style ones. Hope that helps
