Bag full of Bugs

This is not a reflection of Canadian Tire as I believe it was an issue with the supplier. The bag was sealed well but when we opened it it was full of maggots, webs and moths. Unfortunately we did not have the receipt any longer so did not want to waste time on a return. Moths were flying around at the store, but we did not connect it to the content of the bag of cat food.
