Cycle like a pro with the Pro C10U stationary exercise bike from ProForm. The Pro C10U bike comes ready to connect with iFIT. Unlock a vast library of live and on-demand video workouts from the 10” HD Touchscreen. With an included 30-day iFIT membership, you’ll find yourself looking forward to workouts on your bike. Ride with virtual classmates as your iFIT Trainer motivates you and keeps you on pace. Train across all seven continents in Global Workouts. With iFIT, your trainers will automatically adjust your bike’s resistance to keep pace and mimic real-world terrain. However you use iFIT, personal training is built in to take the guesswork out of working out. Whenever you need, you can manually adjust your bike using 25 levels of resistance. Just push the button, and your bike does the work of changing resistance for you. Built-in 2-inch speakers allow you to follow workouts with premium audio. Connect your own Bluetooth headphones if you need to keep your workout to yourself. The Pro C10U uses SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, so don’t sweat what others might hear while you ride. Enabled for ActivePulse, your Pro C10U can monitor and use your heart rate. Connect an external monitor (sold separately), and your bike can automatically adjust the intensity of your workouts. Try iFIT’s SmartBeat monitor to help you end the days of working too hard or too little when you train.

Q: For short legs... When the bike is adjusted to minimize the distance between the seat and pedals, what is the distance from the front of the seat to the front of a pedal when that pedal is as far forward as possible?
a year agoA: Trust me this bike is made with short legs in mind. At its lowest setting a child of 5 could easily reach the peddles. If anything, this bike is not for people with long legs.
