Disappointed

Very disappointed with the product and Canadian Tire as I installed it and could not get it to not leak. Also the "flexible hose" is not flexible, as the whole thing would not stay straight and would twist around. Since I had opened the package and more than 30 days had passed Canadian Tire would not let me return it. They would only allow an exchange. I already purchased a shower head from somewhere else..
No, I do not recommend this product.

Really great deal for the price. I spent a lot more on crappier products. Wish I would have just spent this in the beginning. Family loves it. Would buy again but probably won't have to because it's so good.!

Q: Is the shower wand supposed to sit loosely on top of the c shaped holder? Or is it supposed to snap in or slide in snugly? I can't get it to fit the holder snugly (I don't want to force it and risk breaking it).
