Frustrated

Bought two and after several months the flow of water from one faucet has slowed down to half. I cannot remove the cartridge, seems like a special tool is required to remove the plastic lock nut. Is there a tool available?

Hello JHD, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The dome-shaped cap unscrews counterclockwise to remove. If you’re unable to loosen the dome cap by hand, you can also use a rubber jar lid opener to help you get a good grip on the dome cap's smooth finish and turn. The Jaida faucet has screens in the inlet adaptors #970-1159 to prevent debris from flowing into your faucet since there is no typical aerator. The maintenance guide has cleaning instructions to clear any loose debris or particles that may have gotten caught up in the screens that could be restricting the flow. Below is a link to these steps; please refer to the 3rd page, then step “Adaptor Cleaning.” If cleaning the adaptor screens does not help, the cartridge may need to be replaced. As the original purchaser, your Pfister Products are backed by our Limited Lifetime warranty, which protects the finish and function for as long as you own them. We can send you the necessary replacement parts (if needed) to get this corrected at no charge under your product warranty. I purchased 4 of these for my bathrooms & my wife, my guest, & myself love them! The water runs very quiet now due to the flow, and the pressure is perfect.

Beautiful but doesn't fit my sink

I bought these excited to use on my new vanity only extremely upset to find the 3 holes for the faucet were 9 inches apart and the plate included only covers 6" holes. Any ideas??

Great faucet for the price.

This faucet is gorgeous and very easy to install. Got it on clearance for a fraction of the original price. I only have two very minor complaints. 1) The chrome finish smudges easily. 2) It did not come with water supply lines. Most faucets do. Otherwise, great faucet for the price.
