The coils do an adequate job of scraping the grill but not as well as I had hoped. Better than the wooden pallet scraper I tried before this. To be fair, I do not super heat & clean the grill after each use so the baked-on gunk is difficult to remove.

Too stiff to get around the grille bars

It's built sturdy, other then the hanging strap (broke after hanging on the grille for a week). The brush is too stif to clean around the bars on my smoker. It does appear to be built well, nice weight, thought has been put into the design. May work best on a flat plate surface like a Blackstone.
