Started out great

I purchased this bike 4 months to exercise my old arthitic knees by cycling rather go for good long walks like I used to. The bike started out well, running smoothly, but it seems to have degerated over the last couple of months. The bike is making loud crouching noises from the crank case while peddling associated with ticking and jumping the track every dozen reveloutions or so.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Simple, light and does the job

This little bike is perfect when you don't need hi-tech training. I can get a good cardio workout at 4-5 on the scale of 10, with burning thighs. This bike is light and easy to move with its built-in wheels. It's not noisy at all. Does the job and an awesome deal on sale.

I bought this bike to exercise my arthritic knees. It has been a great help in reducing the pain. It doesn’t irritate my knees like walking does. It’s very basic-measures time, distance, heart rate, calories.

Overall, decent machine if you don’t need the screen and just need lighter cardio

A: Information from owners manual page 13 , hope it helps to answer your question. 2. Set a workout goal, if desired. To set a time, distance, calorie-burning, or pulse goal for your workout, press the MODE button repeatedly until the word TIME, DIST, CAL, or P appears in the display. Make sure that the word SCAN does not appear in the display. Next, press the SET button repeatedly to set a goal. To set a goal quickly, hold down the SET button. To reset the goal, press the RESET button
