Inexpensive upfront cost

Inexpensive incandescent light bulbs, produce more heat and use more energy than LED style bulbs, but cost less per bulb to buy. For my overhead stair location that gets low use, it works best for my budget.

Q: Are these bulbs wet rated? I would like to use on a fixture above the bathroom vanity and we have a shower in the bathroom. They will not get wet directly from water, only from steam.
